I haven't had a bad experience. Usually I call in my order and when I arrive, it is ready to go. As far as the pizza goes, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I am quite selfish when it comes to Imo's. My family and friends are aware that I will not share and they will have to buy their own. I will put this disclaimer out there - everyone may not like it but I enjoy it! For newbies, I think maybe trying the kids size pizza or getting a smaller one during the lunch special since it is more affordable that way.
